This beautiful and spacious house is located in a shaded and quiet place. It offers many rooms and bedrooms. It has been tastefully and luxuriously renovated. The house is ideally located between the lake (7 min away on foot) and the beaches (5 min away by car). There are 5 terraces, one of which offers a gated and heated pool (gate and electric cover), and a covered terrace offers garden furniture and griddle. There is tennis court 10 m away, in the condominium (key required). Bicycles, Ping-Pong table, and canoes are available. It has been rated as a 4-star house by the tourist office of Landes.
It offers a good capacity with 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are equipped with toilets (a total of 4 160-cm beds, a 140-cm bed and 2 90-cm twin beds,). There are 2 showerooms with toilet, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen. You will also find a dining room with fireplace and a living room with TNT TV and DVD player. The house offers Wi-Fi access, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We offer an electric heating system (with a fixed price of €220 /week), which is required during colder months.

The independent rooms, small rest areas furnished with sofas, cushions and plaids allow to isolate oneselves from each other and thus enjoy quiet time. The independent small sanitory in the rooms as well as the 3 bathrooms avoid a sanitary occupation. In total 7 water points (not counting the kitchen and toilets.) The interior decoration (spots of colors on the walls and some works of art) gives to this house all its personality A small crush goes to the room upstairs with its private terrace. The "children's corner" is arranged with great attention (quantity games, DVD books, disguises) .The sanitary equipment and appliances is very comfortable.
