Our holiday house 'Villa Lac et Mer Kaiser' is located in a beautiful, green residential area on a 2000 sqm huge lawn with its own trees. It has five bedrooms! The beach on the lake is only 800 m. The great Atlantic beaches are only 12 km away. Thus one has daily the free choice: Lac et Mer - Atlantic or lake. Or rather relax on the large sun terrace (65 sqm, not visible, quiet, loungers, parasols, plenty of chairs and many tables, charcoal grill, BBQ. On the lake and the Atlantic, all kinds of water sports (surfing, surfing, stand up paddle, sailing, water skiing) are announced - or just relax and chill out.
