The house is located in the private gated community 'Troc Pinell' and was completely renovated in 2003 and 2005 with exclusive facilities. You enter the house through a small courtyard, where you can set up a garden table to eat.
The house comprises two floors three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), a separate kitchen and a very spacious living room with two large glass sliding windows, the beautiful panoramic views of the wide Mediterranean and the small beach cove 'Troc Pinell 'offer. This bay, which can be down from the stairs from the house is within 5 minutes, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Likewise, lead directly from the house beautiful hiking trails along the coast.
The living room has access to the wind protected terrace (orientation South).
The kitchen is furnished to a high and is equipped among other things with modern induction and ceramic hob.
