The spacious terrace (350 m2) surrounds the house and thanks to the brick grill you will be able to organize wonderful evening parties. After the entrance portal, you will discover the pool on the left and two old mighty trees that provide enough shade for a siesta. When you enter the house, you are in the spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Cooking is also a pleasure for demanding hobby cooks (electric cooker, induction hobs, microwave, large fridge with ice dispenser, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine). The kitchen is equipped with a large dining table that can easily accommodate up to 12 guests. The living room (TV with German channels, HiFi, DVD, internet access) with Provencal natural stone fireplace ensures comfort. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet.
