Positive: The view of the lake (true of the top apartment at least) is exceptional. The apartment is spotless and well equipped.

Negative: But for the 2 points below, I would have given you a rating of 9 rather than 7 - 1) The property is separate from the hotel. Entrance to the property - on a main road - is narrow and obscure. Once on the narrow driveway, we faced an old and dilapidated building, which made us think we were in the wrong place. The narrow driveway meant that the only way out of the property is to back onto the main road, with cars coming out of the tunnel towards us! In future, give the hotel address for satellite navigation purposes, check the guests in and show them how to find the property. Don't let them make the hazardous arrival directly at the property. 2) There are a 50+ stone steps walk-up mainly without railings. This was not a big problem for us but absolutely out of the question for anyone with the smallest mobility issue. This is quite a significant access issue, which should be made crystal clear to potential clients.

Summary: Access is a huge problem but once in the (top) apartment, we enjoyed exceptional views of the lake.
