It's a fully self contained house with a fully fenced garden. The property has an own swimming pool (6x3 meters, depth 1,4 meters) equipped with parasols and sun loungers. The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. It is suitable for up to 7 persons. There are 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with single bed) and 3 bathrooms. On the western side of the house there is a porch with table and chairs. There are further table and chairs to eat near the pool area and a barbecue to cook. The house has on the ground floor: a well equipped kitchen, dining and living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Basement floor (there is no internal staircase between the two floors): kitchen with dining table/living area, double bedroom, bathroom with shower / toilet.
