Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very spacious, a comfortable bed and convenient kitchen are highlights. A lot of thought had been put into the decor and furniture selection that it was inviting and practical. I loved the closet! Great for sorting out and separating my work from leisure clothes. Numerous public transport options close by. It is a lovely neighbourhood so even a walk around the local vicinity provided a lot of lovely surprises. Alberto was very communicative. The first lot of instructions came from a service called vikey so you might think it is all remotely managed, but Alberto was very responsive.

Negative: It is not that I ‘didn’t like’ it but a couple of suggestions to future guests to read the details carefully. 1) it is a basement flat so not a lot of natural light so no balcony or open to outside space. 2) others mention tram noise, it didn’t bother me but I can imagine others wouldn’t like it. 3) Italian front door locks have three or four bolts so you have to turn the key several times in the same direction before the door opens, that took me a little while to work out. 4) remember there is a room tax to be paid extra, pref cash 5) a kettle to boil water would be nice in addition to coffee pod machine.
