Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment was spacious with very good accessibility. There were so many supermarkets nearby.

Negative: The reception by the staff was very poor. I think the staff needs adequate training in the catering domain . They should be given basic English language lessons. The city tax was charged for double guests and although I protested nothing was done. There was no heating in the room .Hot water supply to the heaters had been turned off. I struggle for 4 nights to sleep to no avail. I wrote a request to the management to send someone to turn on the heaters but I was ignored.

Summary: Poor Customer service!!
