Villa Filomena is a cozy property on the Amalfi Coast with an amazing view of the whole coast! Located on the upper side of the main street running along the coast developed into different terraces each of one is offering stunning views of the coast and the sea. great location just few km 3.5 km from the center of the Amalfi town which offers all services needed. The villa is in a very quiet place full of privacy.
Villa Filomena has large outside spaces developed in different levels with terraces and garden, the main terrace has all facilities for al fresco meals with barbecue and pizza oven, garden furniture table and chairs, this area is partially shaded by a bamboo cover. Next to the covered area there is a splendid private swimming pool facing the sea which is 4x8 mt. depth 1.70 mt. equipped with sun beds, leading up 5 steps there is an additional spacious terrace perfect for sunbathing, again with unique views of the whole coast.
The interiors of Villa Filomena covers 110 sqm at the entrance there is a large open space with a living area with sofas, (one of which can be converted into a double bed) arm chairs, satellite TV and fireplace; a dining area with large table and chairs. Separated there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, etc.. next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower.
From one side of the living area there is a corridor takes to the night area of the villa with one double bedroom, and window facing the lemon groves and sea view; second bedroom with double bed this room has also an independent entrance by a French door from the main path.
The second bathroom is on the corridor and has a bath tube. The villa has air conditioning, internet wifi

The access to the villa is from the main road with a short walking and approximately 50 steps.
