Summary: Positives: great location - next to Villa Borghese, the cleaner was great - our room would be immaculate every day with fresh towels Negatives: there was a curfew where you cannot leave the hotel after 12am, we found this very strange as we couldn’t even leave for a smoke or to collect food. The reception desk would keep our room key and there was no way in to the building after 12am except for calling someone’s phone number - if both of our phones had died I don’t know how we’d get back in to our room. The bathroom was not up to standards - our toilet seat had a crack in it and the shower must have been clogged as it filled with water rapidly. Overall, I personally would not stay again or recommend this hotel as I found the lack of freedom very strange. However, if this doesn’t bother you then it’s in a good location and it’s okay for the price.
