Summary: Frederico was very helpful, fast to communicate, helped me with my transport back to the airport as well. He sent over VERY clear instructions on how how to find the location with pictures and arrows for everything so even after a late flight I could figure it out. Very clean and quiet. Small kitchenette too however I didn't use it. Would highly recommend 😊
