Welcome to your JUNGLEROOM, ideally located in the heart of Old Nice, just 1 minute walk from local restaurants, shops, and supermarkets! The Jungle Room is very well connected, especially by bus lines 08, 30, and 12. It’s only a 3-minute walk to either Garibaldi or Cathédrale Vieille Ville tram stops, your choice. The Nice-Ville and Riquier train stations are only about ten minutes away. You can also take the tram from the airport directly to the apartment, super convenient!
This 10m² duplex studio has been fully renovated. It offers all modern comforts, with a smart reversible air conditioner, remote-controlled lighting to adjust intensity, color, and mode as you wish, and a smart nightlight. The bathroom is equipped with a touch-operated illuminated cabinet with demister and integrated plug for a more pleasant experience.
As a bonus, I provide a hairdryer with two attachments (for standard drying and curls), as well as toothpaste and makeup remover.
On-site, you can use the washing machine or visit the nearby laundromat (a 2-minute walk) for your laundry. Detergent and softener are available on-site. There is also a drying rack for those who wish to air-dry their clothes.
In the mezzanine sleeping area, you can relax in a double bed (140x200) with two pillows, a duvet, and a throw blanket. A swivel arm allows you to adjust the TV to watch your favorite movies from the sleeping area or the kitchen (Smart TV coming soon). In the meantime, an HDMI cable is available to connect your computer or any other device to the TV!
In the kitchen, you’ll find an oven, microwave, fridge, and a variety of other appliances like a filter coffee maker and a kettle (for coffee/tea lovers). The dining table can be folded down to free up space, and it’s spacious enough for comfortable dining or working.
Although it’s a studio, there’s a fully equipped wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. A beach umbrella is also available for your trips to the nearby beach.
As a bonus, inside the wardrobe, you’ll find an “emergency box” I’ve prepared for unforeseen needs. It contains a wireless phone charger as well as a universal adapter (wall plug), handy if you have, for example, American plugs. A lighter is also provided.
The bathroom, although small as the apartment retains the typical characteristics of Old Nice, is equipped with all essential products, including towels and toiletries.
Located on the 4th floor of a UNESCO-listed building, there is no elevator. So, be ready for a little workout ;)
And of course, although there’s no elevator, you’ll have access to Wi-Fi (fiber optic) throughout the apartment!

Check-in is autonomous by picking up the keys from the KEY BOX located 5-7 minutes’ walk from the apartment, using the codes I’ll send you in advance.
IMPORTANT
I don’t forbid smoking; in fact, an ashtray is provided for this purpose, nor do I forbid partying, but please be reasonable :)
I ask you to use common sense. Ashes must not be thrown in the toilet, shower, on the floor, or on the bed. Also, avoid hosting parties for 20 people in a studio that doesn’t have the capacity, or playing loud music until 5 am. When I retrieve the apartment, I don’t want to be able to trace the events that took place.
