Positive: Views were terrific. Photos are accurate; we stayed upstairs in the 2br. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were solid.

Negative: AMENITY NEEDS AC!!! Other venues in the area have AC, and Colombaio needs to install it! Space was Sweltering and 10 degrees HOTTER indoors, but too buggy to leave windows open!! Manager Anne was terrific and very responsive, however, no one works weekends, so if you need anything, you're on your own. I also had to ask for pool towels, and we could not get extra bedsheets (to sleep downstairs in the slightly cooler living room) because Manager could not access sheets! They also need more outlets next to beds (only one is provided, and the bedside lamp is plugged into it). The swimming pool was great, but on the first morning, it was COVERED with small dead flies, and again, no one was maintaining it, so I had to skim it, and it was a big job.

Summary: AIR CONDITIONING SORELY NEEDED.
