In Liguria on the Italian Riviera we have a charming apartment with a large terrace and own small garden on one of San Remo's hills. The apartment has a great view of the Mediterranean and the city.
San Remo is a cozy city that lives year round and offers plenty of boutiques and restaurants. Along the boardwalk are many nice outdoor restaurants. Monaco and French Riviera with Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez is close. The wine region of Piedmont with wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco are also nearby and pleasant excursion destinations.
The apartment is located in a genuine Italian residential area with narrow charming alleys at the church of Madonna della Costa and is only about 10-15 minutes walk from the center and a few minutes to the beach. You quickly get down to the city via the old town "La Pigna" and its alleys. On the way home it is easy and find again as all the alleys lead up to the church "Madonna della Costa". The alleyways can be steep in some places.
There is also good bus service to and from the center of the church Madonna della Costa which is a few hundred meters from the house. If you want to take a taxi up from the center, it costs about 10 Euro. Free parking spaces are available at the church and the opera "Don Orione" and its surroundings. It is not possible to get by car closer than 50 meters from the house to ex. unload. The road to unload is a narrow alley. Possibility of garage space is about 100 meters from the house.
Fly to Nice (approx. 5 miles to the apartment), Genoa (approx. 17 miles), Milan (approx. 27 miles) and ride a bus / train or hire a car to take you from the airport.
In addition to the hall and bathroom there is a bedroom, living room and kitchen. The rooms are in file and all rooms have large beautiful sprinkled double doors facing the sea. The apartment is of the year round standard.
The property is 76 m² and has 4 -6 beds. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed. Two fold-out 'extra beds' are available but then it gets quite crowded.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a bath / shower and washing machine.

Direct exit from the kitchen to a large lovely terrace of about 50 m² where you can have lunch or dinner with surrounding discounts and stone walls. On the terrace there are tables and chairs for eight people, lounge area, deck chairs and barbecue.
The terrace also has a pool / relaxation spa and outdoor shower. Below is a small garden with lawn, vines and fruit trees such as lemon, olives and figs. The entire patio and garden are fenced.

Possibility of garage available. This is booked separately and paid on arrival. At the moment 50 € per week. If you are interested in renting a garage, we recommend that you do not have an overly large car. The garage is rented by a third party so we cannot guarantee access.
