On the first floor is flat Terra with its own entrance via a large wrought-iron spiral staircase and a delightful little balcony with table and chairs.10 metres away is the garden equipped with barbecue and furnished with table and chairs, deckchairs and parasol for your moments of relaxation. Flat Terra is located on the first floor with a delightful little balcony entrance on the right bathroom with shower, kitchen with counter/diner and exit to the delightful little balcony with table and chairs, followed by the bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed.
It is equipped with all comforts: free Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating (both services are on request and extra charge), TV Smart, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee pod machine, kettle, American coffee machine.
The Fuoco flat can accommodate up to 3 people in the bedroom in the double bed and in the single sofa bed
