We have completely renovated the apartment and furnished it with a lot of charm and care. From the hallway you can reach the kitchen, 1 bedroom (wooden bed 1.8 x 2m, latex mattresses), bathroom, WC, 1 light flooded large living-dining room (26 m²) with access to the balcony (12 m²). Enjoy the sunset over the Maritime Alps from the comfort of your balcony. The city center can be reached by car in 10 minutes, on foot 30 minutes, with a bus in 15 minutes (stop is 5 minute walk, bus comes every half hour until 19:00). A supermarket is located about 10 minutes uphill; a small beach and port can be reached by foot within 10 minutes.

Arrival with the bus from the airport: bus 98 towards Gare Routie´re to Gare Routiére; get off and take line 81 towards St. Jean Cap Ferrat to the Les Cretes stop; across from the bus stop in Chemin de Cretes du Mont Boron see above. *3 Arrival with bus from Gare SNCF train station: bus 30 direction Riquier to the Miramar stop, walk the path to Chemin de Cretes; bus connections change due to road construction in Nice, no guarantee for the above.
