Positive: The house is well oriented, second floor app has entrance from western side, window shutters keep bedrooms and all other rooms cooled and with AC really nice indoor temperature during whole day even with 35 degrees+ outside temp. Rooms are spacious, Kitchenware is little bit poorly equipped but one can live with that, bathroom was ok too. Big outside pool with lots of sun beds and umbrellas was wonderful. Big advantage was covered parking lot. Lovely playground for children, also area for grill was nicely looking.

Negative: From the beginning of our stay there were little troubles with running water but laters it was sorted out by owner. Also troubles with poor wifi signal, after two days sorted.

Summary: Wonderful place for families, in the middle of Toscany. Looking forward to visit next time.
