Situated in the Residence "La Cascata" with scenic pool, lake and Porto Dusano front, 2-bedroom apartment with a stunning lake view for a family or group holiday up to 5 people! The apartment, equipped with air conditioning through-out, is the ideal solution for a summer holiday thanks to its outside spaces and large private terrace. The accommodation welcomes guests with a large living room with sofa bed for one person, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffe machine, oven, electric kettle, microwave, juicer and toaster. This bright apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, continues with the comfortable master bedroom equipped with a comfy double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a further pull-out single bed and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Guests benefit of the washing machine, iron and ironing board! Shared pool of the Residence La Cascata is available from May 1st to September 30th. Swimming cap is required. Guests can easily park the car in the private parking space within the building. A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost. Pets are not welcomed.
