All guests in the community pool area shall abide by posted pool rules (when applicable) 7. Quiet hours shall be from 10:00PM to 8:00am. Please be respectful of other guests and residents. 8. No subletting allowed. 9. Be aware that at any time owners or HOA managers can call police or Bull Dog Security to remedy the situation if one arises. 10. Clean as you go is much appreciated. 11. Share this important information with the rest of your party. 12. Tips for the cleaning team is always welcome. *The electricity is private on the island, making everything more expensive. Help us to keep the prices low and no to charge by turning off all the a/c units and lights when you are not in the villa and or if you have the doors open.
